Are you ready to take the first step towards becoming a Miss PEARLfect USA titleholder? Register directly for the National Pageant and automatically become a state, regional, county, or city titleholder. The pageant fee is $400, with a $100 application fee. The pageant fee will be due within 90 days or on an agreed alternative payment plan. You'll receive an official Miss PEARLfect USA crown and embroidered sash. Please note that additional fees for ads ($300) and scholarship ($100) are also required leading up to pageant day.

Note: Pageant fee will increase to $600 on January 1, 2025.

Appointed Title Application


An appointed title is granted to an applicant who has a successful phone interview. There is no formal pageant requirement. The national pageant is where all appointed titleholders will compete to become Miss PEARLfect USA.
